- potatoes (1kg)
- smoked pork tenderloin (700gr)
- mushrooms (500 grams)
- 2-3 bell peppers or donuts
- olive oil
- vegetate

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Smoked pork tenderloin with baked potatoes and mushrooms:
Grease the pan with olive oil, put the slices of meat, sprinkle with vegetable pepper. Place the potatoes cut lengthwise into pieces not
too thick, sprinkle with vegeta.
Place the sliced mushrooms or large pieces and on top of the pepper slices or donuts. Pour water with vegeta (150 ml-200ml depending on the tray). Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes, then leave without foil 10-15 minutes.
1 smoked pork muscle
1/2 kg of potatoes
salt
pepper
dried spices (oregano, thyme, mint, basil, rosemary)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small cup of water
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 oven bag
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into large cubes. In a large bowl put the potatoes together with salt, pepper, oil, paprika, dry spices and chew well. At the end we put the crushed garlic. After the potatoes and spices have mixed well, we put everything in an oven bag and on top of the potatoes we place the pork muscle that we have cut up to half so that it penetrates well. We put water in the bag so as not to burn the potatoes but also to form a very good sauce. We tie the bag, prick it on top of it from place to place and place it in the stove tray.
Bring to the boil over medium heat until you notice that the potatoes are starting to brown a little at the bottom. If you want it to brown, cut the bag on top and leave it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. The muscle can be removed after cutting the point so as not to dry too hard.

even though I have been living in the homeland of soy sauce for a long time (read - China) but without specialized help (read - wife) I could not identify in the supermarket which soy sauce is the light version. So I took a risk and used what I had at hand, that is the 'hard' version, but I put only a spoon and not one and a half as specified in the recipe. The outcome? PERFECT. (of course for me who really prefers the least salty food)

Thanks for the delicious recipe.
I made your recipe too. 2 times. It's delicious. At the second preparation I put 600 gr mushrooms / 350 gr pork tenderloin.
The first time I put a little chop (lean meat), but with muscle it is much better.
I will try to grill the meat (it's healthier), but I think it will lack the taste of caramelizing the meat in the taste of mushrooms.
