It is very easy to turn a simple recipe into an absolutely delicious one. And when you have the right spices at hand, the recipe becomes easy to prepare. Delikat's friends have thought of this and have an ideal mix for potatoes. The ones I prepared are perfectly baked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They are the ideal garnish for any type of meat or fish, they are perfect with a salad or a sauce.

  • New potatoes of the right size for 2 people
  • 1 tablespoon Delikat potato spice mixture
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite oil (I used pumpkin for its flavor)
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil (I also used pumpkin here)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 100 gr Greek fat yogurt

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked potatoes:

For potatoes: wash the potatoes under running water with an abrasive sponge. Since they are new summer potatoes, it is not necessary to peel them with a knife. Dab with kitchen towels to remove excess water.

Cut into quarters, place in the oven tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with oil.

In a bowl, mix the spices for the potatoes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the potatoes in the pan. Stir the potatoes once more by hand to be completely covered in spices and oil.

Place the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees C, as close as possible to the top flame of the oven. In about 30 minutes they are ready to bake.

For the sauce: put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until everything becomes a homogeneous paste. Season to taste and serve with hot potatoes.
