Cream:

I rubbed the eggs with the sugar, added the starch, orange peel and began to dilute with milk. I put the pan on medium heat and stirred continuously until it thickened. I took the pan off the heat, I added the butter and I incorporated it well, I let the cream cool and at the end I added the beaten egg whites.

Cut the puff pastry into 2 cm wide strips.We wrap the dough strips on the roll shapes. Place the rolls on a tray lined with baking paper.Beat the egg with a fork. Grease the puff pastry rolls with beaten egg.Put the roll tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the rolls are browned.

After they are baked, take them out of the oven and let them cool. The dough comes off easily from the form when it is cold.Put the baked and cooled rolls on a plate, then fill them with vanilla cream.These rolls filled with cream go great with a cup of coffee or a cup of tea. At first they are crispy, but after a few hours they become soft.
