It took:

In a bowl put flour, yeast and baking soda and mix. Melt the butter and lard and let them cool a little, during which time mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the melted butter and mix like mayonnaise. Over this mixture we put flour and warm milk and mix until an elastic dough is formed, good to spread. Let it cool for 30 minutes, then spread a thin sheet from which we cut strips about 15 cm long. We wrapped each strip in the shape of a roll, I have 16 shapes. After I formed the rolls I put them in the tray - someone made me starting from my mother's idea, a board in which he welded some nails, the board is the size of the stove tray - I placed the rolls on those nails and put the tray in the oven preheated, I took them out when they started to brown. I didn't time how long I kept them, they differ from oven to oven. I did the same until I finished the whole shell. I got about 64 pieces, they didn't come out the same, because I didn't measure the strips, some are smaller, others bigger ..... I don't excel in terms of patience ....

I rubbed the eggs with the sugar, added the starch, orange peel and began to dilute with milk. I put the pan on medium heat and stirred continuously until it thickened. I took the pan off the heat, I added the butter and I incorporated it well, I let the cream cool and at the end I added the beaten egg whites.

I put the cream in a posh and filled the rolls, powdered them with sugar and decorated with chocolate chips

Cream-filled cookies

Congratulations, a blog with wonderful recipes. As for the "man in the pan", there are many men who are more creative in the kitchen than a woman. And I'm happy to have such a man by my side, Miki.
Good luck with the blog.

I am very happy that I found a blog with such tasty recipes. I think I am at home thanks a lot. Now I can cook something special every day. Merry Christmas, a better year than the one that is going.

I'm also happy that you found my blog, so there is no need for thanks. I expect you to try as many recipes as possible!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and all those who are dear to you! Happy Birthday and blogging with more!
Zina Strinu

Thanks for the nice words, Sara. And for the reconfirmation of the fact that a "man in the pan" is not really a strangeness of nature :))

Beautiful, seasonal cookies!
My husband stays in the pan as long as he washes it. -)))

:)) It's on the right track, so I started. First I washed my dishes, then I said that maybe I'm able to get them dirty: D And that's how I ended up decorating cookies now :))

Then the colored sugar icing as you make it: & quot & gt. I'm cooking cabbage and stuff. Tell me. I am very curious: D

I bought the colored glaze, otherwise I would have written here its recipe :) The glaze I used is in the form of a set of tubes that look like decorative pencils.

Ahaaaa. ms that you enlightened me too. I didn't even know that there was such a thing :)) anyway I keep this recipe for Christmas because I have to buy a countertop anyway. facalet .. forms. ah and mixer :)) so with this student deh: P

I didn't know until last year either, they caught my attention because they were on the shelf right next to the rum essence :) And I still need a lot of nothing in the kitchen, for example a grater - I only have a small one, on hand :))

You gave me an idea of what to do with that colored glaze, I took those pencils too, I think they're from Dr. Oetker, but I hope they don't taste synthetic. uh I love cookies: X

Andra, I'm helping you with the idea, and you're helping Dr. Oetker with the ad: P I avoided mentioning them, but the truth is, I used all those pencils too. :) At least you were satisfied with the taste?

Super recipe.
If I want simple cookies, without filling them with cream, do they still freeze? I wouldn't want to stay strong. do I need to change anything in the quantities in the recipe?

Elena, I've never tried these cookies without cream, so I can't say exactly how they will behave. But they certainly won't break much, why don't you try instead cookies with raisins, they certainly come out very tender.

I & # 39m back! Let me tell you that tonight, after I get home from work, we make these cookies! Because - isn't it? - Santa Claus is old and needs energy. Especially since it has to go through all the children, even if it will leave only a stick for some of them. ))

:)) Santa Claus will bring only a stick to some, but certainly not to those who charge him with energy leaving these carefully decorated cookies, right?

Executed, decorated! It's true that I finished them at 1 o'clock last night. ) Everyone is delighted with the recipe, so thank you! Now we rely on Santa to bring us something beautiful in return! :))). And on Monday we make the cake recipe with vanilla cream and cherries, because it's Pustiu's birthday. And for Daddy's birthday we make everything from you cake! :)). You saved us this year with the recipes! If I discovered them earlier, it was even better! We wish Santa Claus to bring you everything you want, good luck and good health and peace with your loved ones!

Thank you for the wishes, it seems that I am very behind with the answers to the messages. Maybe Santa will bring me more time available, it would be a perfect Christmas gift :) So I will publish more recipes to save 2014: D Let's not forget, at least let me say Happy Birthday ! lui Pustiulica :)

Rolls filled with boiled cream - Recipes

A few weeks ago I bought something sanitizing from a store and since then I haven't had peace of mind until I came into possession of a waffle press.

I used:

- 5 eggs (280 g)
- 250 g sugar cough
- 200 g soft butter (82% fat)
- 180 g flour
- 1 vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon oil

For the cream:

- 200 g milk chocolate
- 400 ml whipped cream
- vanilla essence

Simple everything! :)

I used the target to mix the ingredients.
I thoroughly mixed the eggs with the sugar, then I added the almost melted butter and I mixed it.
I added flour, vanilla essence and finally a tablespoon of oil.

I homogenized and I got a slightly more consistent mixture than the one for pancakes.

I heated the form and baked as much as needed for each waffle. Each time I put a spoonful of the composition and I always checked the color of the waffle.

When it is warm, the waffle is soft and can be easily shaped, but in a few seconds it becomes brittle.
I wanted to make some horns and the rest of the rollers. Directly on the shape I placed over the baked waffle a form of rolls / cones and I formed the cornets.

For rolls I used a stick that is about 1 cm thick.

Cream: (One day before!)

I put the broken chocolate and the whipped cream in a saucepan. I put the pan on the small eye of the stove and stirred continuously until the chocolate melted completely. It doesn't have to boil!
I put the pan in the cold and then in the fridge until the composition hardened. Usually, a few hours are enough, but it is very good to do this operation in the evening and only the next day to continue preparing the cream. The cream should not be mixed until it is hardened because there is a risk of it being cut.
The next day I took the pan out of the fridge and mixed the composition until it "turned white" and became creamy and fluffy :) Because I wanted a fine taste of chocolate I added 200 ml of cream for whipped cream and vanilla essence. I mixed until it was completely incorporated.

I put the cream in a posh and filled the rolls.
At first they are crispy, but after a few hours they become soft.
In both cases they are absolutely delicious.
