METHOD OF PREPARATION:

4.Put a cube of butter and a teaspoon of sugar inside each apple. If apples are very sweet, you may not add sugar at all. Try not to sprinkle sugar on the aluminum foil or baking paper with which you lined the tray, as it will burn.
5.Wash and dry nuts and dried fruits. Do not scald them, but simply wash them with hot water and dry them with paper towels.
6. Add 2-3 raisins and 1-2 cranberries to each apple, pressing lightly. Dried fruits should not be the top layer of the filling, as they may burn, become blackish and bitter.
7. Add a few nuts to each apple. They bake and become crispy.
