THE homemade tegolini they are the result of my latest experiment on fake copyright. Everyone knows these delicious snacks, born in the '80s: who among us has not made us a snack at least once as a child or has not offered it at least once to their children or grandchildren? I loved them when I was a little girl, and today I buy them every now and then for my daughter Elisa, who loves them. I'm not going to tell you the surprise when I offered her one of my homemade pancakes! You might think that it is a complicated recipe, but in reality it will be enough for you to make a biscuit dough and melt some chocolate, that's all ;-) In short, if you, like me, were addicted to this snack, you will see what taste when you try the recipe for making tegolini homemade !!
How to make homemade tegolini
First, prepare the cookie dough.
Whip the eggs, at room temperature, with the sugar and milk for at least 10-15 minutes: they must be very light and very frothy.
Then add sifted flour and yeast, and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into the oven tray lined with parchment paper, level well and cook for 6-7 minutes in a static oven preheated to 220 ° C.
Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by bringing the water, rum and sugar to a boil so that the sugar dissolves and the alcohol evaporates, leaving only a rum-flavored syrup.
Once ready, turn the cookie dough upside down on another sheet of parchment paper.
Then cut it into 8 strips of the same size (about 3 cm) and then each strip into 3 rectangles (about 8 cm long), which you will need to brush with the wet.
Break the 2 chocolates into 2 different bowls, and melt them in the microwave (or in a bain-marie).
Add the milk chocolate seed oil and mix.
At this point you just have to assemble the tiles: divide the rectangles of biscuit dough into groups of 3.
Then spread the milk chocolate on 1 rectangle, cover with the second rectangle and spread the milk chocolate on this too.
Close with the third rectangle without spreading anything: you will end up with a sort of sandwich with 3 layers of biscuit dough, filled with milk chocolate.
Continue like this with the other rectangles of biscuit dough and the remaining milk chocolate until you find 8 different sandwiches.
Put the sliced sandwiches, so as to have the filling facing upwards, then dip the underside of each pan in the dark chocolate, in order to seal the layers together and end up with the typical chocolate base.
As they are ready, place your small pans on a sheet of parchment paper with the chocolate base down, resting on the parchment paper.
Then pour the remaining dark chocolate into a pastry bag with a spout with a very small hole (if you are using a disposable one, simply cut only the pin, so as to obtain a very small hole) and decorate the upper surface of the pan.
Let it solidify.
Your homemade tegolini are ready, you just have to bring them to the table and amaze your children!
