Muffin recipe with chocolate chips of 14-03-2012 [Updated on 21-12-2018]
Chocolate Chip Muffins are probably one of the most popular variations of classic muffin recipe original.
Some time ago I had prepared a version that included the use of yogurt in the dough instead of milk and kinder chocolate instead of drops, but with these I got an excellent base from which to start that is good for any other version, even that of classic American muffins without chocolate ;)
My husband took the last 2 photos, better clarify it otherwise he says that I take credit for his "masterpieces" hhihihi;)
Happy Wednesday dear and if like me you are a Muffin lover, do not hesitate to try this easy and delicious recipe and if you are not alone at home ... double the doses because they are eaten too quickly :)

Method
How to make muffins with chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanillin and 50 grams of chocolate chips
Separately, mix the egg with the milk and the melted butter.
Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix the dough quickly
Grease and flour the muffin molds and pour 2/3 of the mixture into them with a spoon
Bake the muffins with the chocolate chips at 180 ° and bake for 15/20 minutes
While they are still hot, decorate the surface with the remaining drops of chocolate that will adhere to the surface of the muffins with the heat.
Allow the muffins with the chocolate chips to cool before taking them out of the molds and serving them:
