The fantasy slices are the mother recipe that I prepared in collaboration with Coca-Cola: these are rolls of slices of veal stuffed with courgette flowers and fontina, a real treat! I accompanied them with pan-fried green beans with fennel seeds, an original combination but which was really appreciated by everyone and above all that abounds in F;) Well yes, finally we are here with the episode that sees me protagonist and that I made you embarrass like few things in life;)
My slices of meat with courgette flowers and fontina were the protagonists of the episode dedicated to family lunch. I do not hide from you that when I reviewed the episode yesterday I was very excited, for a moment I relived the moments of that day and, if on the one hand I breathed a sigh of relief because now I am safe from the cameras, on the other I I felt very proud of myself.

Method
How to make fancy slices
Wash and trim the green beans then steam them for 10 minutes.
Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with the oil and seeds.
Add the green beans, add salt and sauté everything in the pan for a couple of minutes.Once ready, set the beans aside.
Switch to the meat. Beat the slices of meat with the meat tenderizer to make them evenly thin.
Clean the courgette flowers, removing the base with the pistils
Open the flowers and arrange one on each slice of meat.
Also add the sliced fontina.
Roll up tightly
Then pass the meat in a dish with the salt and pepper flour. Then stop the rolls with toothpicks.
Melt the butter in a pan with a drizzle of oil, then start cooking.
You will have to move the rolls often to keep them from sticking and to cook them evenly.
When the meat is well browned, deglaze with the white wine
Once cooked, remove the toothpicks and serve the fancy slices hot with the side of green beans
