How to make pumpkin rolls
First, slice the pumpkin into slices about half a centimeter thick.
Arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C: the pumpkin should soften but not overcook or brown too much.
Then stuff the pumpkin with a little cheese and a slice of speck, then roll the pumpkin around the filling.
As they are ready, place your rolls on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for about 5 minutes with the grill and the temperature at maximum.
