The potato gateau (or potato gattò) is a potato flan typical of Neapolitan cuisine. It is considered a single dish and is usually brought to the table in the coldest periods. There are those who like it hot and those who prefer it rested or cold, the potato gateau can be eaten in any way as long as it does not lack the typical mozzarella.
How to make potato gateau with the thermomix
Put 400 g of water in the jug. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, put them in the basket and cook at temp. Varoma for 20 min., Vel. 1.
