Baked fennel are a light vegetable side dish, tasty and very simple to make, a sort of light version of fennel au gratin. Since fennel is considered diuretic and digestive, for the post Easter binge, it seemed to me the right recipe to serve you this morning, what do you say, did I do well? ;) I hope you spent a peaceful Easter, in the name of relaxation and conviviality, and I hope with this recipe to help you get back into the daily routine. How to make baked fennel
Wash and clean the fennel, first divide them in half and then cut them into thin slices.
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with cheese, salt and pepper, then sprinkle it over the fennel.
Add a drizzle of oil and cook for about 20 minutes in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C.
Leave to cool before serving the fennel in the oven.
