Pancakes with jam

Among the delicious cakes and cakes with cream, whipped cream and other goodies, I thought I would serve you some tasty pancakes;)

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 ml mineral water (or soda)
  • 300g flour
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with jam:

I prepared a plastic bowl, I put eggs and salt powder, I gradually added a little milk and mineral water, then I started to add flour. I mixed well with the whisk, then I started to thin the composition by pouring the rest of the milk and water. .

When the whole composition reached consistency, I added the vanilla sugar and oil.

I prepared the pan and ... I put the pancakes back on;)

I filled them with strawberry jam.
